1994 Helmet
After dropping the "Spirit of the Indians" in 1991
Bill Scott brings the mascot back. New rules hinder his
psychological effectiveness though as he is only allowed on the
field before the games. The rest of the time he stands in a pen.
The idea is scrapped in 1995 after the game is delayed 15 minutes
after the Horse "does his business" in the middle of the field
during homecoming ceremonies.
